Terms of Use (EULA) for CineDuo

Welcome to CineDuo ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and CineDuo, not Apple. We are solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Although CineDuo is primarily about private ratings between partners, you may be able to upload avatars or input text.

• Objectionable Content: You agree NOT to post or upload content that is offensive, hateful, pornographic, violent, or illegal.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe these rules.
• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior by contacting support@cineduo.app. We will investigate and take action within 24 hours.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription services ("CineDuo Premium").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• CineDuo Lifetime: This is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to premium features. It is non-consumable and does not automatically renew.
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CineDuo. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CineDuo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

• Maintenance: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
